Every now and then I find a gem of a blog that has great content, and somehow I missed out on it until now. This offseason, I think i have found another great blog in WaiverWire . Just like Greener On The Other side last year that went on to great things with Fantasy Phenoms, I think Alex of waiverwire.blogspot.com is one to start paying atttention to.
As 2009 rolls in, channel 139 on time warner cable now hosts the MLB Network which will be a real treat for the baseball diehards out there. How this nework aligns with the non-traditional media outlets of 24/7 blogs and podcasts is worth watching. As newspapers are one such medium where papers who have embraced the new breed of media journalism are the ones sticking around.
I am puzzled about the DeRosa deal as well. As, you win with Mark DeRosa. I could see DeRosa deal as a salary dump for prospects to use in a future deal. Other than that, it does not make much sense.
